This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which PROPRLY Pty Ltd of 11 Egerton St, Silverwater NSW 2128 (we, us and our) collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the PROPRLY mobile application ("App"). This Privacy Policy applies to the Mobile Application (App) and all products and services offered by PROPRLY. 

What is Personal Information
“Personal Information” means any data or information in any media that on its own or when combined with other data could identify a particular individual, or any other data or information that constitutes personal data under applicable law. Examples of Personal Data include an individual’s combined first and last name, address, telephone number, email address, geolocation information of an individual or device and credit card or other financial information (including bank account information).  Personal Data also includes cookie identifiers associated with registration information, or any other browser or device specific number or identifier not controllable by the end user, and web or mobile browsing or usage information that is linked to the foregoing.

Personal Information does not include information that is de-identified, aggregated, or anonymised as defined by applicable law. 

Information We Collect
We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our Website, App, register on the App, submit a defect, subscribe to updates, respond to a queries related to quality assurance, confirm appointments, and in connection with other activities, services, features, or resources we make available on our App. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, phone number, and home address. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personal identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain App-related activities.

How We Collect Information
We may collect personal identification information from Users in various ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our Website, App, register on the App, submit a defect, subscribe to updates, respond to a queries related to quality assurance, confirm appointments, and in connection with other activities, services, features, or resources we make available on our App. Users can take images of defects and provide information on the nature of the defect. Users provide defect data to the Property Developer and trade required to attend appointments to investigate and rectify the issue. The defect can be tracked through their statuses until rectified and closed.

Why We Collect Information
We collect and use Users' personal information for the following purposes:

1. To improve the user experience: We may use information to understand how our Users as a group use the services and resources provided on our App.

2. To improve our App: Debugging and errors analysis, crash reporting, and analytics to improve existing intended functionality of the Services. We continually strive to improve our offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you.

3. To audit defect requests: We may use the information Users provide about defects when making appointments to provide service to rectify these defects. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to provide the service. Customer data is used to ensure accuracy of defect management and quality assurance processes between Property Developers, Homeowners, and occupants. Data analytics on defects assist Property Developers in streamlining their support services before and after property handover.

4. To send periodic communications & emails: We may use the email address to send User information and updates pertaining to their order. It may also be used to respond to their inquiries, questions, and/or other requests.

Data Storage and Security
We adopt appropriate data collection, storage, and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of Users' personal information, username, password, transaction information, and data stored on our App.

Sharing of Collected Data
We do not sell, trade, or rent Users' personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates, and advertisers for the purposes outlined above.

Access, Update, and Deletion of Personal Information
If at any time the User would like to access, update, or delete their personal information:

- Customers can access their data and past defect information through their mobile application.

- User data can be edited by the user.

- Past defect data is made available to the Property Developer and homeowner to meet minimum record-keeping requirements set by government authorities.

Users may also have the right to request a copy of the personal information we have collected about them and to have any inaccuracies corrected.

Protection of Children's Privacy
Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we do not knowingly collect or maintain information at our App from those we actually know are under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received Personal Data from a child under the age of 13, we will delete such information from our records.

Additional Privacy Practices
We may use third-party service providers to help us operate our business and the App or administer activities on our behalf. We may share your information with these third parties for those limited purposes provided that you have given us your permission.

Changes to this Privacy Policy
PROPRLY has the discretion to update this Privacy Policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this Privacy Policy periodically and become aware of modifications.

Your Acceptance of these Terms
By using this App, you signify your acceptance of this policy. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our App. Your continued use of the App following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
